Do we both need to have the app?
Not at the start! One of you can try the app first, and when you're ready — invite your partner and start using it together. This way you get 100% out of it without needing both of you on board from day one!
Is the app free?
The app is completely free — no credit card, no limits. When we introduce paid plans, existing users will be the first to know and will get special terms.
How does expense splitting work?
You can choose from four options: 50/50 split or proportional to income (e.g. 60/40 if one of you earns more). OurMoney automatically calculates who should contribute what. You can also track without a set split, or use a predetermined budget.
Does the app work on iOS and Android?
OurMoney is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it works on any device through the browser. You can add it to your home screen just like a native app. One account, access everywhere!
